I was feeling my laptop and it felt super hot so i checked the temps and here it is:
HD0: 48C (FIRE PIC) Temp1: 75C (FIRE PIC) Temp2: 76C (FIRE PIC) Core 0: 90C (FIRE PIC) Core 1: 90C (FIRE PIC)

YOUR CPU IS ON FIRE!
On a more series note. Download install PC Wizard and tell us what temps it is reading. I'm assuming these readings are from SpeedFan from teh format you've given them in. Also you might look in the bios to check temperature.

My laptop is on my desk with good airflow.

I'd stick with your Hardware Monitoring in BIOS. They seem super high, but more realistic. Is your fan blowing? Can you hear it over the normal background laptop noise? Can you feel hot air being pushed from a vent?
