Please help me guys, I don't know what to do

Hey guys, I installed a game and it says "This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found."

I downloaded it, it still says the same thing and it's sitting here in a folder by itself:

Do I drag it somewhere because it still says I need to have that in order to play...but it's right there >_>

put it in the C:/windows/system32

It is sitting on your destop in an unzipped folder...

I bet you you READ the README it will tell you to put it in the above place..

No actually I read the README, it didnt say anything lol, just told me to unzip it >_>
