Default Windows licensing- will I be able to reinstall with this version?

http://www.pcclub.com/product_detail...temno=A7252236

I'm thinking of buying that version of windows vista. Say I install it, then buy a new hard drive. Would I be able to reinstall it on that? What if my computer is having issues and I want to reinstall, would I be able to do that?

BTW, I posted a link to PCClub because they're pretty cheap right now and I have a 10 dollar coupon.

Certain hardware can be changed out with out issue. In fact, I've changed out a few hard drives, 2 video cards, and never had issues. You will have issues if you change your processor or motherboard, however.

If you just do a clean install, you shouldn't have any issues. With my Dell, I usually do a clean install 2x a year, without any issues.
