Fragmentation degree remains 'high'
I'm defragmenting regularly, however I'm having a hard time keeping the degree of fragmentation below 10%. For instance, before last defrag it was 16% and after it's still at 14%.
There's approximately 25% of free space on that partition and I'm using O&O's Space method. Is it safe to defrag repeatedly until it reaches a fine degree or is it better to format like once a year or so? |
