Network Internet speeds?

Hi I need a program where I can cap my brothers internet speed over a wireless network. Do these even exist? Cheers for any help.

You can get a new firmware for your router, if you have access..

I dunno what you mean, sorry. I have access to my router (Belkin N1) I have the latest firmware...
