upgrade laptop disk drive?

i have a laptop with a removable disk drive. is it possible to upgrade to an HD-DVD or Blu-Ray drive? if so what are some good ones for laptops?

When you say "disk drive" I assume you mean an optical drive, and not some floppy drive, correct?

Most laptops use a standard drive size and connector. I know a few are slightly different, but these are typically older machines. I'm not sure which drive brands are better, especially when it comes to HD drives. They're still a bit difficult to find...

The XBox 360 HD-DVD addon does and is easy usable with a computer with drivers on the web.
