I would say less than $200 with a valid copy of the Windows XP Professional.

Based upon what you can buy right now, not much. It has no XP coa. It's illegal to sell it with XP on it, so it would basically be a carcass.

$200 would be tops. My guess is that if you throw it on Ebay you'd get about $150 - 175.
