Default G.Skill DDR2-800 2GB (1GB pair) overclocking

I am attempting to overclock my entire PC to it's max and the only thing I have left to overclock is my memory. Now, I am not really interested in upping the frequency at which the memory runs, the reason being I want to keep a 1:1 ratio with my CPU FSB. I am interested in finding the lowest timing for these pair of memory modules. Can someone get me on the right track?

It depends what the speed is at and the voltage it's running at. To give you an example, my DDR2 800 RAM is running at 2.10V @ DDR2 930 @ 4-4-4-13

ok I have lowered my timings even more, they are now 4-3-3-12-15, how would I see if that is stable? Memtest?

Yes, either memtest or Orthos can test the RAM for stability and for errors.
