Default XP - speed of copying data in window to copying in mb

What should i do to see in this window copying/moving below in what actually speed in mb date is copying/moving (similar to Linux)?

(Application total copy is to uncomfortable in use)

Programs with allow you to do that:

teracopy, supercopier2

XP doesn't allow you to do that, although Vista and third party programs do.
