Exclamation Christmas Capture card/editing build

Hello guys I'm a newbie as you can see it states so I need help making a good computer for filming and editing Xbox/Xbox 360 films thats most likely all I'll be using it for (of course putting it on youtube, mythica, etc. also I might feel like burning it onto dvd's too so I'll also need a good dvd player/burner combo) plenty of HDD's good graphics card, capture card or external capture device (of course a great Ethernet PCI Card) and please include monitor, keyboard, etc. hmm did I cover it all if not tell me what I missed oh yeah decent sound card anyway if I'm missing anything tell me thanks (and also I have my eye on Pyro A/V link if thats a good one tell me) also please include great editing software.

Thanks in advance,
Beatem445

Oh sorry. 2k is overkill. $1000 can already get you a future proof system... system itself... BUT setting it at 2k leaves me some room

Thanks Shane

Dunno, but he has $750 for a capture card and any other accessories he might need... Even a good upgrade to Arctic Silver MX-2 or a G11/15 or whatever mouse/keyboard he might need...

A nice sound card with front panel device
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829102014

And probably get two of those hard drives, as video recording/editing takes up A LOT of space.

And oh yeah, why not a better CPU cooler .

Actually, judging by the reviews, it should be perfect. "Better than stock cooler" ... Good! No overclocking and stuff should keep the CPU cool n' quiet...

ehh,

stays at a constant 2300 rpm
I don't know what kind of fan it uses, but usually a fan going at 2300rpm isn't quiet. Maybe a nice tuniq tower would be nice, especially if he can run it with a low rpm 120mm fan.
