Are the computers over sea's more technologically advanced then American computers ? I know that the gadgets over in Japan are better, but are the computers too?

Yup, if you can find something that make in Japan. They usually have better quality than those from China and Taiwan. And Japanese usually have different production lines, those with the best quality usually stay in Japan, not for export.

Taiwan and China are... lower brands.
