Maybe 1MHz increase in bus speed simply won't be reported... Bump it up some, say, 30-50MHz and see if that does it... even if it fails to boot (BSOD, whatever) at least you know that it's OCing since it's gone unstable, though that kinda increase should be easily achievable at stock volts.
