man the EP45 is a great clocker.

set the clock speed to 400x9, vCore to 1.375, vDIMM to 2.1V, all memory settings on auto except for the multiplier which should be 2.00

edit: you were running your RAM out of spec, run the memory multiplier at 2.00B or 2.00D
