The PSU that comes in the case is nowhere near powerful enough to keep that system going in a stable situation. It only has 18A on the +12v rail. This is nowhere near enough, you should be looking at around 24-32A at least.
The second one is good seeing as it has dual rail and the combined ampage is much better. PCI-e usesd quite a bt more power than you would think. Go woth the bundled PSU for testing purposes but as soon as the system gets running properly then you should look to change to a better one.
