world cheapest camera?

i somehow stumbled across this digital cam on newegg.com, and was wondering if anyone out there has one or one like it? 1.3 megapixels is crap, but i want something cheap that is thin and small and can carry everywhere. i have a dimage z10, but it is far from portable. any info on a good buy is appreciated.

In fact this camera has only 300 kilopixels, the 1.3 MP is interpolated resolution.
And it's sensor is CMOS, so it won't work well in poor light conditions and the colours are somewhat unnatural (the resulting photos are a bit webcamish).
But for that price it's quite ok and has some good features too: autofocus instead of fixed focus lens and a pretty wide range of shutter speed.
