iTunes Reinstalling

I'm having propblem where whenever I click to open itunes I have to wait for it to install/configure, every time. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Have you tried re-downloading and reinstalling with a new installer.
Make sure you move your itunes music folder out first so you dont loose any of your music.
