Well the problem is my wmp 11 can't play mp3 format anymore once i installed klite mega codec, other function & format and video are ok. Now i've manage to solve the problem by lowering the sample rate (96khz to 48khz) in sound property, but still want to find a way to use the previous setting. Oh one more thing, even i lower the sample rate in sound property my creative device control still use the default option (96khz 24bit) which is the highest sound quality. Is that wierd, the windows sound property and creative device control use different sample rate, i wonder which one of this option used by vista when playing media file? Someone just advice me to install open al but haven't tried it yet.

Control Panel>Sound, click on the speaker icon that has a green check over it, then click on "Configure" on the bottom right, click the last tab on top and see if there is an option that says "Allow Application take exclusive control". If you have that and it's checked, then Creative's software is in control over it and not Windows.

That is true, when that option is checked, your sound playback is being driven and controlled by the application.
