Alternatively, it's possible to 'lock' a folder using no more than the Windows software, even in a Limited Account. Right click on the folder and choose Sent To -> Compressed Folder. This will create a compressed (zipped) version of the folder in the same location as the original folder. Open up the compressed folder and choose File -> Add a Password. No-one will be able to open the contents without the password.
