Unhappy Primary and extended partitions

Hey guys,

Ive been trying to install Vista and XP on the same hdd and ive been having some problems.

i intially installed Vista which went fine and then XP which also went fine. the trouble that came after that was when i was trying to sort out the boot order with Vistabootpro.

When i go into computer mangement it is showing my hdd as 2 seperate ones and basically i want to start again but when i try and install XP and it gives availible drives it just gives the XP drive and not the Vista one.

how could i sort this out and start fresh. ive tried to delete the primary partition which is the Vista OS and the extended Partition which has XP as i believe a logical drive.

Im just stuck

Any help please?

Thanks
