Sound isnt working
I have an compaq Presario 6430NX and the sound isnt working. It had a some crazy virus so I reformated it. This isnt the first time ive reformated and after everytime I have to go into Compaq Application Recovery and reinstall the audio driver, but when I went to go do this is wasnt there and when I go to Volume Control, a pop up comes up and says "There are no active mixer devices available" so now im not sure what to do. if someone could LET ME KNOW it would be much appreciated
