Default F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX O/C|memtest|RMA|

I have an
AMD 3800 x2 2Ghz @ 2.65Ghz
G skill 2gb(2x1gb) F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX
ASUS A8N-SLI deluxe mobo

The RAM is F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX ddr400 2gb(2x1gb)
Ok so this is my 3rd set from RMA-ing my RAM to G skill. The 2 sets I had before this had been able to overclock to 220Mhz and over with my cpu at 2.65Ghz. This is the setting I had with the last 2 sets of RAM i had.

CPU________
FSB-265
MULTI-10x
Volt-1.35v
Memory_____
FSB:5/6-333Mhz
VOLT-auto
Timing-2-3-2-5

Now i received my new RAM from the RMA to Gskill and i am unable to achieve an O/C of 210Mhz and over. This RAM i received is the new type of F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX with a different Heatsink(logo on very left, rather than middle)
So now i am trying to figure out why the RAM wont even overclock above 220Mhz, because in order for my to achieve an overclock of 2.65Ghz I will need my RAM at 220Mhz. At 210 my computer was only running for at least an hour b4 it restarted. Whenever I run the memory above 210Mhz I always get either a blinking underscore "_" or the pc restarts. My ultimate goal in telling you this is so I may bring my CPU clock back up to 2.65Ghz and not run it stock.

Since i cannot achieve the proper overclock i ran the newest version of memtest and received these results:

Did I receive a bad batch from G Skill? It seems as though this RAM is getting too many errors. The memtest ran by itself upon booting up and only lasted about 10 seconds. I couldn't get the pc to resond after it gave me the results of the tests.

This is what the RAM appears to look like with the new heatsink.

This is what the old RAM looked like.
