Default Windows media center for Vista

I currently have a Lap Top with Vista Business installed on it. From windows, windows media center only came installed on Vista Home and Vista Ultimate. Is there anyway for me to get Windows media center on my laptop without upgrading to vista ultimate?

NADA! All Windows components except WMP, IE 7 for example in Vista are strictly included with the edition they come with. On all previous versions of Windows the add/remove Windows components option was seen back to 95. WMP 11 and IE 7 can be downloaded separately since those come in XP versions as well.
