Default new build need help!

I've just finished putting together my computer. Is is using an existing hard drive and DVD drive until they come in the mail.

I have everything together but when i turn it on i get no visuals. As far as i know everything is pluged into the motherboard. Any idea what the problem might be. i cant get far with no screen

Did you put the standoff under the board right- Plug the case connecters on the right pins- Plug in the 4 pin CPU power connector- if you have a power connector on the video card did you plug it in?

I think i know what it is. Im sticking an AGP card in a PCI X16 slot. It fits well but it certainly wont work.

It leave me no chose but to buy an 8800GT!

I know my card is good, I put it back in an old computer. Computer did beep when it was turned on, but i assume thats from there being no OS to boot. Should be fine.
