Vista 64bit 4gb Ram

I bought 1gb ram each of 4 gb ram, but my vista said I got 3gb ram means 32bit, but how do I get 64bit?. Can anyone help to answer my question? Thanks.

If you have the 32bit version of Vista, you'll have to buy the 64bit version, unless of course you have both discs?

I have Windows Vista Home Premium Upgrade.
