Default XP User Accounts

Ok well I have XP Pro. I want two user accounts: One for me with all my stuff only and then a 2nd account for anyone else that uses my computer that only has certain priveleges and certain programs they can use. I don't want to use the Guest account because they can still access programs that are installed on my account like Nero, Firefox, CoD4, etc. Is there a way I can make that kind of account?

for that you would probably have to download windows steady state. You can change permissions for various things, that might be what you're after. What do you actually want the "other people" to be able to do?

basically they can just use the internet. I don't really want them to have access to personal files or programs.
