Default Insufficient Memory???

When i logged onto my name on Windows I got this message:

Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible causes of this error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.

All my files, music and movies, are missing and the computer programs are back to the basic ones it came with.

Any ideas what I can do to fix it?

oh yeah , the account error, still this has not been resolve, no fix or so (by MS).
there's many threads on it here, including mine (i did one way back, LINK).
There's no way to recover, sometimes you can boot into the account but once you do i suggest you backup your data, create another account and put it there
