ive overclocked my q6600 on stock air to 3.0ghz stable on just above stock voltages and when i adjust the fans it has peaked in prime95 at about 65C but is mostly around 59C-61C, idle it is around 38C-40C, i wish to over clock further but not with stock cooling, what is the best and cheapest recommended cooling solution for this sinario, liquid or air is fine up to $100.
