Default Deleting Program in use

I have an old installer that froze, so i stopped the install, and now it doesn't work nor let me delete it. I've tried deleting in safe mode, doesn't work.

What can I do to get rid of this dumb thing. I downloaded the installer and this one worked, so i have the game, but the one thing is still there. What can i do? Thanks

Pick up CCleaner and see if that will let you uninstall, it's also very good at removing the small bit and pieces left behind from old programs.

And if you can't do it that way just delete the directory it's in. If windows will not allow you to do this, pick up a program called Unlocker (great little app). The app will let you delete/move anything you want, even if windows is being a pain and says that it's being used.

Unlocker is a very good program that lets you unlock and delete/rename/etc files that are in use.
