Yea I like the #5 the most as well. Yea I know it's hard work and I greatly appreciate all of your help.

About the motherboard I understand a sli mobo is not necessary but will I have more than enough power with a 8800GT?

Last thing I wanted to know is that what's the difference between these two Q6600s

http://processorfinder.intel.com/det...px?sSpec=SLACR

Thanks!

The 2nd one has G0 stepping which is apparently better if you want to overclock.
The 8800GT should be enough for what you intend to do with it... but just in case, remind us what games you plan to play ?

Okie well how do you figure which version of the q6600 your buying because I have yet to see "SL9UM" or "SLACR" in the description/detail on any of the Canadian websites.

I'm planning to play UT3, crysis and other latest games.

You have to hope ur getting what you want or maybe you can contact the supplier to see what model they have.

As for Crysis, here have a look at this chart: http://www.tomshardware.com/2007/12/...mb/page11.html

Okay based upon my own observation and from the help of you guys I have decided to stick with the BUILD #5. Although I will not order the exact setup but it will be 85% similar to that build.

"Kilauea" please check the following thread as you are the winner of the contest:

Build a gaming rig and win!

Thanks alot to those who contributed.
