Default sound problems!

Hi

i have a friend that has on board sound..Realtek i think..And to get sound i have to go to device manager and delete the audioo modem and realtek.

sound for two minutes then it goes..It shows two sets of audio codecs and i can't delete any of those........Here's the dxdiag..its a mess i'm stuck:
