This is the first thing it does when Windows updated.. I let it run its course, I didn't interrupt it or anything. So I am asking, what has happened? And yes, I know Windows has messed up countless times in its history... I am running start-up repair now, and it says Attempting Repairs, how reassuring...

Wait, so after installing the updates Windows doesn't load at all? Does it POST and then just restart? Are you able to get into safe mode?
