How many computers can I install Vista on?

Sorry to double post, disregard the other one:

If I have the retail version of Vista Ultimate, how many computers can I use it on? I was thinking three, but wanted to make sure.

I have it on my desktop and was going to put it on my sisters laptop, but wanted to make sure this was allowed. Thanks!
