is there this mother board out there?

My current mobo supports agp 4x, 3 pci slots, takes pc2700 ram, 2 slots for the ram (up to 2 gigs can be held), and supprts up to pentium 4 3.06ghz, and intel celeron up to 2.8ghz.

I am looking for a motherboard that satisfies these requirements that also has an 8x agp slot.

Is there one? And is there a chacne it would fit into my current computer and everything work fine?

Also anotehr question sort of to do with the space issue. Do i need to fit everything in my case or could i expand the case by building onto it by myself so i have more room for stuff (like a bigger power supply and mobo).

For CPU SocketType choose: Socket 478 (I'm pretty sure that is the socket for a P4 3.06 .. it is for mine

)

For Slots-AGP: Choose 8x

Run a search .... PC2700 is DDR333

asus p4p800 e-del should be a good choice... it has 8x agp... 4 ram slots that support PC3200, PC2700 and PC2100 DDR up to 4GB max and s478 socket up to p43.2 ghz or something...
