Default Mp3 tag editor?

I have a really super huge music collection (100+ gigs) and as I was searching through it today I noticed a lot of my mp3 tags have got really messed up over the years of adding music using different mp3 players and their software (started out with a creative labs Nomad Jukebox, then two ipods [junk] and now a zune [software is blah]). So I have hundreds of artists who have "unknown album"'s under them so when I look on zune, I get tons of artists under that listing. Also, some songs have got stuck in weird spots and under strange listing just through years of moving them around and transporting them from different hard drives and such.

So I wanted to know if there was a program that would let you load up all your music and go through and edit mp3 tags in an easy fasion, or a program to help organize all of my music before sending them back into Zune with the correct tags and such.

The main feature I want is to be able to select a folder of music and assign an album for all files in that folder
