yes im stressed....and i think its work related ,what do you guys do to ease away the stress?

i sometimes go out for a walk at night and the fresh air realy does help but what else?

I guess i'm lucky that I don't really get stressed about anything. When I do get stressed though, I usually just try and sit down and listen to music, especially when I get upset when driving.

I love my hobbies, when I'm really stressed out I take 15 minute and work on my hobby, when my 15 is up I finish whatever I'm do and continue working on whatever stressed me out
