I'm not real clear on what you're asking. Are you looking for a program to remotely shut down computers via the network, or just a program where you tell it when to shut down and it does it after a given time?

I use KillWin. You can set the PC to shut down or reboot after any specific amount of time you choose, OR you can choose a specific time of day. Even better, it's free!

You know if all you want to do is have the computer shutdown at a given time, and if you like GUI interfaces, then go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt > shutdown -i

From there you can enter in your computer name, and how long you want it to take before the computer is shutdown.

It lets you shut down computers across a nettwork it looks like.
Is that correct?

Yup, I used it all the time to fool around with my friends computer next to me.

Although you need to have the other computers firewall down. I was able to access his services list remotely by going to the admin tools > services > then remotely connect and disable his firewall.

It brings up a nifty tan and red box which says your computer will shut down in xx:xx:xx.
