I'm not real clear on what you're asking. Are you looking for a program to remotely shut down computers via the network, or just a program where you tell it when to shut down and it does it after a given time?

I use KillWin. You can set the PC to shut down or reboot after any specific amount of time you choose, OR you can choose a specific time of day. Even better, it's free!

You know if all you want to do is have the computer shutdown at a given time, and if you like GUI interfaces, then go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt > shutdown -i
From there you can enter in your computer name, and how long you want it to take before the computer is shutdown.

Although you need to have the other computers firewall down. I was able to access his services list remotely by going to the admin tools > services > then remotely connect and disable his firewall. It brings up a nifty tan and red box which says your computer will shut down in xx:xx:xx.
