Unhappy Driving Test #2

Well I had my 2nd driving test today... I passed.

I am so pleased, and cant wait to get a car!

I did the exact same test route as I did last time and I only got 3 minors.

Well it's 16 in the states, but something it makes me wonder if most 16 year olds don't know how to drive properly yet anyways.

But congrats on your license! What happened during the first test?

I agree with 0mega.
Our legal driving age limit should be raised.

Definitely without a doubt it should be raised to 21, and in the UK it is going to be raised to 18 and its going to get more difficult in couple years time

It varies State to State. Most are 16.

Why would you want to have it raised to 21. Alot of people get jobs at the age of 16 and having my license help me earn more money since I did not have to relay on some one to drive me to work.

I don't believe so. As far as I know everyone in the country can drive at the age of 16, it just varies based on the state when you can start driving with a learners permit (in NH we don't have one), and what the restrictions are when you first get your license.

And I never said it should be raised to 21 (although someone else did), but I believe it should be 18. I know I drove a lot when I was 16 to and from high school and to work and such, but kids are just so inexperienced at 16 it's no wonder insurance is so high.

Even up until I was 18, I was a bit reckless. But I have clocked over 1300 hours since I turned 18 with my job, and I've begun to realize how stupid it is to excessively speed, race, etc. Although many younger people haven't.

You would be just as inexperienced if you start driving at 18.
