View Single Post - Trying to setup new user with all same settings, files, look and feel Win XP

Is it possible to copy all my personal settings, files, desktop look and icons, printers, and favorites... (everything) to a new user in Win XP Pro/home?

I'd like to setup a seperate user for my wife, but she really likes the way I've got things setup, but I don't want to go through all that one setting at a time. There must be a better way.
