Default what is the best CPU Heatsink?

i want a very good cpu cooler, but i dont really want to water cool it, what is a good heatsink and fan, i have an amd athlon 64 3200+ and im planning to overclock, i dont care about noise, but i want to go over the top and keep it very cool, anyone reccomend a good heatsink?

XP-90 will do sooooo good!!!

or you could go XP-120, but that's kinda a bit too much.

I use XP-90, and it's sooo nice~ the temps are low even when oc'ed. like in 30's 700 mhz. oc'ed. and load doesn't even hit 50's

btw, don't used newegg to buy heatsink.

i bought xp-90 at jab-tech.com and the price is cheaper even with Arctic Silver 5 included plus shipping (no tax for me) and it comes with a 90 mm fan for heatsink.
