Hi,
I was on my computer last night and switched it off, I came back on it today and I got a buggerred up screen. Here are some pictures of what it looks like now. If anyone can help me it would be great! By the way - its not the monitor, I tried it on another monitor and same thing ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by andantesash; 12-20-2007 at 08:50 AM. |

as he said, try a different video card that's known to be working to see if thats the problem, If it's at the bios then its probably the video card or the slot (less likely).

I had that problem once... now that I remember... it was a loose GFX... either that, or it looks like it's artifacting due to overheating...

Happend to my old X800XL, your graphic card may be fried. Mine got damaged due to a cord on my PSU mysteriously being cut and it was touched by it, musta surged. You could also see if the card is in correctly or not.
