![]() When do your temperatures go sky high? When loading a "big" program? A CPU intensive program?

Nope... it happens during idle. When I come home from work, I see it restarted. Or yesterday in happened in in about 15 minutes after I got off.

Is your thermal paste applied correctly, is your case clean, does you case have good ventilation?
Most probably it is something like that, however the fact that it all of a sudden jumps elludes me.

It was fine through the night. I get home from work, restarted. I'm guessing cuz of the same symptoms. Right now it's @ 33c and system is at 38c EDIT: I didn't check temps for a couple minutes or so but the PC reset itself while surfing the internet. Started back up... no issues. What the hell could this be?!

Hmm, I've been thinking... Download PC Wizard 2008 and look at your voltages, then if possible, downclock to the stock speeds. My brain tells me that you might be getting too low voltages, or possibly that loading IE may have jumped SpeedStep, thus increasing clock, and SOMEHOW, it might've overheated...
