Somehow i downloaded malware alarm. i tried avg free to get rid, tried restoring system, no joy. It stopped my pc deed! had to start it in safe mode in the end just to get it running but now its a train smash.
Windows is asking for a username and password before will even let windows flash up, the problem being, i have never put a bloody user name in it, or a password for that matter. If i ever get it sussed to turn on, is "superantispywear" sufficient to get rid? any top tips would come in handy right now because i don't want to lose our baby's pictures. (or more importantly, all that music!!!) Ok i have just read the basics on getting rid of malware, but i still cant get into windows, to get online, etc, its aviscious circle. I cant even start in safe without this password that i dont know. Can i save superantispywear to disc off another pc and run it offline- providing i get a solution to the password problem?
