Default New $1000 Comp

Hi all,

I am looking to buy a new system this xmas season, budget is $1000.

I will need everything besides mouse, k/b and speakers.

All suggestions welcome.

This PC will be used for gaming (Bioshock and Crysis on High Settings) and work.

Thats not bad, i would personally change the PSU though. Also dont forget you need a OS which is $114 for OEM. I would get Vista home premium 64bit OEM, and will support Crysis in DX10

Looks good. My only recommendation: Lite On OEM DVD Burner. It's a few dollars cheaper, and all you really need.

I'd change the DVD drive to a SATA one because the sables are so much better than IDE.
