All you need to do is download a theme similar or a replication of KDE and change you desktop theme from the Desktop Properties Dialogue box. Follow the link. It might have the theme that your looking for : http://www.wincustomize.com

Of course these themes require 3rd party apps such as the themes at wincustomize require Windowblinds.

KDE is the GUI (graphical user interface) for some versions of linux, another GUI is Gnome.
