So, here I am in a hotel in Montreal. I was having breakfast when an email came through on the Palm.. It was one of my biggest clients, sending me a screenshot of his home desktop. It's infected with malware.

Ok, so back in my room I'm sitting here, drinking a beer and having a smoke. I log on remotely and am now in the process of disinfecting it.

You guys should offer that service here. Free if you want to. Personally I charge good money for it, but the volunteers here would probably be happy to remotely fix computers.
