Default EVGA step up

Does anyone know if EVGA does the step up program on every product they sell?

like if i were to buy an EVGA mother board, say a 650i, could i step it up to the 780i in the next three months?

I am wondering b/c I am getting basically a lump sum for xmas and I cant afford the 780i now, but I will be able to in the next 3 months.
