No sound???

No sound???

joz8968 New Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 6	No sound??? Just ran DXDIAG and did the sound card test and got this... DirectSound test results: Failure at step 19 (User verification of software): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code) The sound card is Intel(r) Integrated Audio and driver is ac97intc.sys. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?
