Default Window 3.11 ghosting~~~help needed

Hi all
Recently i manage to clone a Window 3.11 hardisk with 2 partition inside. The original hardisk is 2G while the cloned hardisk is 6G. The partition used is FAT16. When i plug in the cloned hardisk to the original PC(quite old PC), it manage to boot into the OS where OS is stored in C drive. But i not manage to find D drive as mY second partition. When i plug in this cloned hardisk to a new PC, it can detect both partition. Can anybody give some suggestion on this matter???????
Thanks

It's a bit hard to understand what you're asking, so if you could tell me if this is whats happening.

You have an old PC running Windows 3.11 with a 2GB hard drive. You then cloned that 2GB drive to a 2GB partition on the 6GB hard drive using FAT16. You then try to boot off of the partitioned 6GB hard drive, and you can, but you don't see the other 4GB partition, although you can when you use the drive in a newer PC.

Let me explain again
I have an old PC running Windows 3.11 with a 2GB hard drive and got 2 partition(C partition and D partition) inside the hard drive. I manage to clone the 2GB drive to a 6GB hard drive using FAT16. I manage to boot off of the cloned 6G hard drive, but i don't see the D partition, although i can see the D partition when i use the cloned drive in a newer PC. Any idea??? I had been thinking this matter for quite some time
Thanks
