Default Help needed

I'm having a problem with my computer. Both of my DVD drives are not being found by windows. Neither of them appear in my computer so I can't install any of my new games or software. I need help ASAP. I looked in device manager and there's little yellow exclamation points next to the DVD drive names. Any ideas? Nothing has changed about my setup at all, it was functioning fine like a week ago and no hardware has been tampered with since then.

Sorry I forgot to mention I solved this. I just went to device manager and uninstalled one drive and restarted and then did the same for the other and it worked again.
