Default vista 32 and/or vista 64 (same hdd)

I have vista 32 Buisness atm using all space on my 500gig hd. I recently purchased Vista ultimate 64, should i resize my drive and dual boot with 32bit? Or is dual boot only important when it's like vista/xp.

As long as the 64bit can pretty much do whatever the 32 can, i'd do a complete reformat and only use 64bit.

I use my pc for gaming/browsing.
